In this beautiful forest location, we believe it is important to work with as many local products as possible. The surrounding area has so many delicious offerings, and we love to take advantage of them! For example, fresh vegetables from organic farm ‘de Eerste’, wine from Maronesse vineyard, and meat from the Weerribben region. As much as possible, we use organic and additive-free ingredients—you can taste it in our dishes.
